Terms of Use for the Loyalty Platform "MEMBERS ONLY" for CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO
Definitions:
"Platform": refers to the loyalty platform of CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO "MEMBERS ONLY."
"User": any person who registers and participates in the loyalty program through the Platform.
"Benefits": advantages, discounts, gifts, special services, and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the program.
Registration:
To participate in the loyalty program, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, updated, and complete information.
By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the program and other commercial actions of CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO.
Access to Exclusive Benefits at CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO with the "MEMBERS ONLY" Platform:
For each confirmed reservation and stay at CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO, the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions established on the Platform, being able to change levels within the program based on the frequency of their reservations and stays.
The level within the Platform is not transferable and can only be used at CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO.
Application of Exclusive Benefits:
The offers available on the Platform will be applied automatically to searches made by its members once they identify themselves in the booking engine of CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO prior to confirming their reservation.
Termination and Changes:
CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, its terms, or any Benefit at any time, with prior notice to Users.
In case of fraudulent, abusive, or violation of these conditions, CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO may terminate the User's membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.
Data Protection:
All information provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO.
The Hotel undertakes not to share or sell the User's information to third parties without their explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability:
CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or harm, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or Benefits.
Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction:
These conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute arising in connection with these conditions or the loyalty program will be resolved by the competent courts of Cartagena de Indias.
By registering on the Loyalty Platform of CASA DEL ARZOBISPADO, the User accepts and agrees to comply with all the conditions mentioned above.
